  • All guest cancellations follow the rules set by Purple Stay OTA .

  • Refunds are processed directly by the OTA as per their policies.

  • Hotels must inform Purple Stay before cancelling any confirmed booking. OTA penalties due to hotel-related issues will be the hotel’s responsibility.

  • No-Show charges and refund rules depend on the policy set on the OTA platform.

  • Booking changes or date modifications must be done through the OTA only.

  • Purple Stay may update policies anytime based on OTA guidelines.
