Refunds are processed directly by the OTA as per their policies.
Hotels must inform Purple Stay before cancelling any confirmed booking. OTA penalties due to hotel-related issues will be the hotel’s responsibility.
No-Show charges and refund rules depend on the policy set on the OTA platform.
Booking changes or date modifications must be done through the OTA only.
Purple Stay may update policies anytime based on OTA guidelines.
